A morning class like no other. Wake up your body, mind and breath with Japanese Yoga. Using dynamic movements, mini vinyasa sequences and holding poses, you will assist the body with cleansing and letting go, strengthening the core, opening up and releasing tension. A great class for those who want to challenge themselves with a slightly stronger practice.
